  • Ensuring proper internal approvals prior to order submission (if applicable)  

  • Managing user roles and permissions within their organization  

NWS is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from compromised credentials. 

 

3. Product Information & Availability 

NWS makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. 

However: 

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice  

  • Specifications and pricing may be updated as part of ongoing system and vendor integrations  

  • Images and descriptions are for reference and may not represent final delivered product  

 

4. Quotes, Orders & Acceptance 

  • Submission of a request through the Webstore constitutes a quote request or order request, not a final order  

  • All requests are subject to review, validation, and acceptance by NWS  

  • Orders are considered confirmed only upon formal acknowledgment or acceptance by NWS  

NWS reserves the right to: 

  • Modify or reject requests  

  • Adjust pricing, quantities, or delivery timelines based on validation  

 

5. Pricing & Payment Terms 

  • Pricing is governed by applicable agreements, contracts, or approved quotes  

  • Final pricing is confirmed during order processing  

  • Payment terms are defined by customer-specific agreements or standard NWS terms  

 

6. Order Fulfillment & Delivery 

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change based on availability, logistics, and external factors  

  • NWS is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control  

  • Shipment tracking and updates will be provided where available  

 

7. Returns & Cancellations 

  • Returns and cancellations are subject to NWS return policies and applicable vendor agreements  

  • Certain products may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees  

  • All return requests must follow the defined return authorization process  

 

8. System Availability & Support 

NWS aims to provide a reliable and secure Webstore experience; however: 

  • The Webstore may be unavailable during maintenance or due to unforeseen issues  

  • Features and functionality may be updated or modified as part of continuous improvement  

Support is available through designated support channels. 

 

9. Intellectual Property 

All content within the Webstore, including product data, design, and system functionality, is the property of NWS or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without authorization.

Use of the Webstore is subject to the NWS Privacy Policy. By using the Webstore, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NWS shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data  

  • Issues arising from system downtime, delays, or third-party dependencies
